Pet Policy at Ashland Place is as follows:
1 Cat or 1 Dog
Small Breeds only. Dogs must be under 35 lbs. when they are fully grown.
All dogs must be potty trained and up-to-date with required shots.

$300 Pet Fee
No Monthly Pet Rent
